No Items or Custom designed items will be refunded, or exchanged. If any item is mailed back for any reason you will then be responsible to have it shipped back to you for failure to read policy.

IF YOU ORDER AN ITEM BY CONTACTING ME THAT IS NOT ON WEBSITE THERE WILL BE A EXTRA FEE. This is considered as personal styling.

(Pre-Order means you simply are ordering to secure that you get that item, dates can sometimes change on Pre-ordered items due to manufacturers/Custom making).
CONFIRMING ORDER:
If a customer is a first time customer Owner will contact via phone/email to confirm that the order was made. I will need confirmation to avoid chargebacks. This will be for orders over $200. If order is not confirmed with 72 hours order may be cancelled.
STORE CREDIT
If Your order is eligible for a Store Credit the Returns should be mailed back to:

AFTER SPEAKING TO OWNER OF BOUTIQUE TO SEE IF IT QUALIFIES. We recommend using the US Postal Service is the most economical and cheaper means of shipping your returns back to us.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPMENT PAYMENTS. We allow 3 DAYS for you to send your return back to us for store credit (We will look at shipping date on package) After 3 Days, your order is no longer eligible for Store Credit and could end up as a loss. If owner decides to give you a credit in merchandise you will have up to 30 days to use that credit or you forfeit it. If we receive an item/items back and they look worn, or defected you will not be eligible for store credit and item will be mailed back to you at your expense. (Defective items are eligible for Store Credit only)
We will email you an online Discount Code to use as your Store Credit in the amount of the item/items you returned plus sales taxes if applicable, so please include your email address with return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable or eligible for store credit. Your store credit in the form of a discount code will be issued once the returned item/items are received in satisfactory condition. We will notify you via email the amount of your store credit and what your personal discount code will be. You can use your store credit/discount code at your convenience at anytime on website. Also, WE DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES. ALL RETURNS ARE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT THAT MUST BE PROCESSED ONLINE. Basically, you will enter you code at the end of checkout and the amount of your store credit will be deducted from your next order. If you are needing your items by a certain date, please allow yourself enough time for processing orders, returns and store credits. AFTER COVID IS OVER!
Defective Merchandise:
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 2 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to designsbyyiayia1@yahoo.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice. (We throughly inspect each piece before we ship)
-We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear. We will not exchange because you don’t like the way it looks on you, if it fits we have meet our goal insuring you that your item fits the size you requested.
-Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Designs by YiaYia and back to customer . -Shipping fees are not refundable and you have 3-5 days from the time of delivery.
**TIPS BEFORE EXCHANGING**
BECAUSE OUR RETURN POLICY IS STORE CREDIT ONLY, we would like to give you a few tips to help make your online shopping experience with us a positive buying commitment.
1. Try on your outfit with spanks or shape-wear.
2. Think about alterations for a perfect fit & length.
3. Add accessories.
4. Alterations help give you that tailored look just for you.
5. Alteration is cheaper than shipping back to us sometimes.
